Delivering the apprentice programme.
We use a blended learning approach. All sessions will be supported by our online delivery platform, where learners can upload their work and assessors/managers can monitor progress between visits.
As part of the Apprenticeship, 20% off the job learning is required. This can be achieved in a variety of ways.
Funding the training programme.
Employers with a wage bill less than £3 million will not be subject to the Apprenticeship Levy. However, these organisations will be able to access funding for up to 10 employees with the government contributing 95% towards the cost of Apprenticeship training.
